With no more than several clicks, you can choose between 5 separate levels of security. If you start getting spam, you can start with the lowest one and then gradually boost the level till you stop getting spam. We rely on one of the best and most popular filters available called SpamAssassin. It analyzes the header field and the body of each email that you get and determines a spam score, based on which it either erases a particular message or allows it to enter your mailbox. Hepsia will also allow you to set up custom spam filters and either delete unwelcome email messages or re-send them to a 3rd-party email address like spam@domain.com where you can check them once again later.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you use a semi-dedicated server plan from our company and if you set up one or more email addresses with any of the domain names hosted under the account, you will be able to enable the advanced, 5-level SpamAssassin anti-spam filter that we provide and keep all unwelcome emails away from your inbox. This option is accessible through the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and it can be activated or deactivated for any mailbox at any moment. You can also alter the level of safety with several mouse clicks in case junk email messages still enter your inbox or the spam filter begins deleting genuine messages. As you can select whether the spam should be erased instantaneously or redirected to a different email account, you can set up spam@domain.com, for example, and check all filtered email messages there, so as to make sure that you won’t omit an email that you require. The email messages that the email filter permits to proceed will still be delivered to your inbox.
